Lighthouse Counseling & Consulting, PLLC was founded in 2008 by Mark Purcell, MS, LPCC, with the intention of offering privateconfidential and affordable psychotherapy to individuals, couples and groups, and to provide professional trainings and mental health consulting services to individuals, families, agencies and organizations.
